Tonight’s menu: Nasi Paprik (this is the modified version according to the ingredients that I had). Ingredients:Prawns (shelled and deveined)CauliflowerCapsicumTomatoesGreen chilliesWhite tofuGarlicGingerBig onions Seasoning:Thai stir-fry sauceTomato sauceChilli sauceOyster sauceSweet black sauce (kicap manis)Lime juice Serve with brown/white rice.
