The perks of breastfeeding

The perks of breastfeeding exclusively:

  • A baby with a stronger immune system
  • Traveling is easy – no need to pack bottles, flask, etc.
  • Less washing up – no need to wash and sterilize bottles, etc.
  • Continuous supply – there’s no worry of running out of milk for the baby
  • Better sleep at night – even though Svadhi wakes up many times at night, I don’t need to get out of bed to feed her. I just pull her close to me and let her suckle and we both doze off
  • Good way to lose pregnancy weight (I’ve lost most of my pregnancy weight within 3 months or less – around 15 kg)
  • Requires no fuel consumption or product packaging to tax the environment
  • A happy husband for not having to wake up in the middle of the night to feed baby 🙂
  • It’s free!
  • Mother-baby bonding session —-> priceless
