Svadhi’s menu plan for the week

Puree of:

  • Cauliflower, potato & brown rice
  • Dhal, carrot, pumpkin & brown rice
  • Sweet potato, carrot & brown rice
  • Broccoli & peas
  • Potatoes, asparagus, dhal & brown rice
  • Beetroot & brown rice
  • Quinoa & banana
  • Spinach (to be mixed with the other combos)
  • Eggplant, dhal & mustard greens (sawi)
