Hi, I chanced upon your blog when I tried to find some info on Balok Beach. I wonder whether you’ll be able to recommend a suitable accomodation at Balok for a young family with a 16-month old toddler……….and oh! your weekly menu will give me some ideas on what to cook for dinner!
Sincerly,
Nur
Hi Nur, there are 2 choices you can consider for accommodation at Balok. Swiss Garden is quite comfortable and situated just near the beach front. We normally stay at the chalets. There’s a resort just next to Swiss Garden Hotel, I forgot the name of the resort. They have chalet accommodation. It comes with a queen sized bed and is pretty clean. The best part about staying in chalets is that you can hear the sound of the waves crashing the shore at night. And you can just run out of the chalet to the beach. Hope this is helpful.
Thanks for your helpful recommendations! Looking forward to reading more postings on your blog 🙂
