Vegetarian Lasagna

My sister and mom dropped by for a visit today. Before leaving Melaka, my sister has hinted to me that she is craving for lasagna and that she missed the lasagna I made some time back when I was staying in Melaka. So, I decided to whip up a white-sauce lasagna since I know that’s her favorite.

I made the bechamel sauce using Campbell’s can of chicken mushroom soup, milk, butter and flour. For the lasagna filling, I put in thinly-sliced tomatoes, button mushroom and onions. With lots of mozzarella cheese in between the lasagna sheets, this dish is a treat for the discerning taste-buds. My husband was hooked to it. I stopped at one serving as it was very rich for me.
