Nothing gives me more joy than baking. The moment I get into the baking mode, I feel renewed and my soul replenished. So, when I read about a baking workshop in the newspaper, I immediately jumped at the opportunity. I was lucky to be one of the chosen participants.
Don Yong, the master baker is a very down to earth and jovial man. He is ever so eager to share his knowledge. His joy in baking good bread and pastries is so contagious. Before we knew it, we found ourselves in the kitchen and baking! We were divided into a group of 5 participants each. We baked panettone, florentine madeleine and gluten-free cinnamon walnut muffin. The whole experience was so exhilarating. I went back home fully recharged 🙂
