Menu Plan ~ 4/6 – 10/6

Monday:

  • Thosai with sardine egg potato curry; sauteed shiitake mushroom

Tuesday:

  • Sohun, fuchuk and snake-gourd lemak curry
  • Spinach with salted beans

Wednesday:

  • Noodle soup with tomatoes, wonton and sawi garnished with fried onion and spring onion

Thursday:

Lunch:

  • Bowtie pasta with carbonara sauce
  • Mashed garlic potatoes

Dinner:

  • Pizza
  • Mushroom soup

Dessert:

  • Chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting

Friday:

  • Brown rice beet root mee hoon with fuchuk and fish balls

Saturday:

  • Pizza – lots of tomato base and pineapple
  • Jalapeño poppers – stuffed with cream cheese and cheddar cheese filling

Sunday:
