On days when I need a mood uplifting, I make my way to the kitchen and reach out for this homemade decadent cake. The guilt factor is reduced as I’ve reduced the sugar content in this cake. When I bite into this cake, I immediately drift into a world of my own – a paradise. As soon as I finished polishing off the plate, I find myself returning to reality.
