Monday:

Lunch & dinner:

  • Asam pedas fish with brinjal & ladies finger
  • Kangkung with dried shrimp

Tuesday:
Breakfast:

  • Thosai with tomato & coconut chutney

Lunch & dinner:

  • Cauliflower-potatoes sweet sour
  • Holland peas caramelized in oyster sauce
  • Fried pomfret

Wednesday:
Breakfast:

  • Ghee thosai with molasses

Lunch:

  • Leftover cauliflower sweet sour
  • Fish curry
