Monday:

  • Lotus root & shitake mushroom sauteed in oyster sauce & salted beans

Tuesday:
Breakfast:

  • Herbed focaccia bread

Lunch & dinner:

  • Meehoon & long beans kerabu/salad

Wednesday:

  • Dhal with eggplant & potatoes
  • Prawn in black pepper sauce

Thursday:

  • Kam heong squid
  • Homemade beancurd topped with fried garlic

Friday:
Leftovers (grocery shopping day)

Saturday:
No cooking

Sunday:
BBQ party:

  • Caprese salad
  • Satay with peanut sauce
  • Grilled fish with sambal
  • Prawns marinated with basil, oil & salt
  • Boiled potatoes
  • Grilled corn with butter
  • Pizza with mushroom and red bell pepper
  • Sambal belacan
  • Ketupat (compressed rice)
  • Dessert: Caramel cheesecake flan
