Monday:

  • Swear sour fish
  • Stir- fried kailan with garlic

Tuesday:

  • Keerai curry
  • Tofu & tempeh stir-fried with salted beans

Wednesday:

  • Pizza with toppings of spinach, brinjal & mushroom

  • Leftover pizza
  • Steamed broccoli

Friday:

  • Ladies finger in morru perattal
  • Stir-fried Chinese wolf berry leaves with anchovies
