  • Baked salmon with whole grain mustard cream sauce
  • Mashed garlic potato
  • Salad with vinegar-olive oil dressing



  • One pot meal: tomato brown rice with multi-beans, celery, capsicum, mushroom and spring onion


Snack for Svadhi:

  • Flourless & sugarless oats, banana and black currants cookies



  • Meehoon soup
  • Steamed broccoli
