Reaping the benefits of yoga

I am grateful to have found yoga. Every practice leaves me feeling re-invigorated and alive. Some of the benefits of practicing yoga in my daily life:

  • Better sleep. Used to have insomnia.
  • More flexiblility in body and mind.
  • A calmer mind.
  • I feel more centered.
  • Feel closer to the source.
  • Better posture.
  • Move with more grace.
