I remembered when I first hopped on to the yoga bandwagon, it was difficult. All the pains, aches and struggles to get the practice going. But when you push through the pain, the discomfort, you watch yourself grow after each practice. Grow into a better human being, a better wife, a better daughter, a better mother and a better friend. Whatever role you are in, you watch yourself grow into it. It’s an amazing feeling when I look back at the past 1 1/2 years of embracing yoga into my life. Physically I feel much stronger and fitter than I ever remember feeling my entire life. But the biggest bonus is that all the other areas of my life start improving as well. I became stronger emotionally and mentally as well as spiritually. New ideas and inspirations come to me. I am able to manage my emotions and my thought processes way much better now. Yoga has such a wide-encompassing effect in my life.
