Overnight oats

A great way to start the day and it takes just few minutes to whip it up. No cooking, the oats just get soaked up in the milk and yogurt. You can add anything you want to the oats; the combination are endless. You can either use honey or raw sugar as natural sweetener. If you want to add fresh fruits, add it to the oats the next morning so that it doesn’t get too soggy.


  • Organic rolled oats
  • Fresh milk
  • Yogurt
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Dried apricots, chopped
  • Dates, chopped
  • Raisins
  • Honey

Combine everything and store it in the refrigerator to be consumed the next morning.
