Breakfast

I love starting my day with smoothies and overnight oats. It fills me up and gives a great start for the day. Some of my favorite ingredients in my smoothie include: frozen bananas, celery, oranges, apples, dragonfruit, spinach, yoghurt, and fresh milk. Including frozen bananas in my smoothie gives it a smooth and creamy texture.
