Hiatus from yoga

What happened when I stopped practicing yoga for 3 weeks:
Aches
Stiff neck
Irritability
Basically I know I am not functioning at my optimum capacity.
Only when you do something consistently you can see the difference when you stop a good habit.
All the aches and pains came back. Only then I realize how many of us are living with the aches and pain and assume that it is part and parcel of aging. What I realize now that it’s not normal to have aches and pains. It’s the body’s way of saying that we are not moving our body enough and the accumulation of stress
