I am a big fan of Japanese food. So much so that I can live on it almost everyday. I love sashimi the most. The flavor of raw fish dipped in wasabi-shoyu mix is simply out of this world. My best friend Chin Lay had been my faithful sushi-companion over the years 🙂 And now Svadhi had hopped on the sushi-lovers-bandwagon. Her favorite is maki sushi with tuna filling.
